Instructions and Help about Va form 22-8864

What's going on YouTube? Go ahead and comment on this post, Mr. Muncey. He asked to explain the VA apprenticeship, the TMC, the monthly pay, and all that. Well, I told him I would make a video for it so I can explain it on YouTube for him to see. When you do the VA apprenticeship, you won't receive it right away. When you go to TMC for your orientation and training, unless you're an experienced driver, you do the apprenticeship program and then you'll be in a truck right away within like three to four days, depending on your experience. For your first six months, you'll receive a $1400 VA check. Then for the next six months, it'll be a $1100 VA check. And for the following six months, it'll be eight hundred and some change. After that, it'll drop to five hundred. Right now, I'm in the portion where it's dropped to eleven hundred and it drops a few hundred dollars every six months. I've been with TMC for around 8 months now. The VA lady at TMC, Miss TIA, will set you up with a date. It won't come in right away, but she'll set a date for when you'll start receiving it. Then in the middle of that month, usually around the 15th or a couple of days after, they'll pay out the VA. It also depends on the weather and holidays. Sometimes the VA loses your hours, but what they do is they'll send your hours in that you worked and it'll all be processed and they'll pay you. That's how TMC does it. The VA check really helps out when you're first getting started because as a new driver in the industry, you start out at 26% and you're not making a whole lot...
